There is so much to do and enjoy in Maui that you'll have the time of your life. Don't have your memorable experience spoiled by your Maui condo. Rent our condo instead! When I look at a website advertising a Maui condo rental, I want to see pictures. This is the only way that I know that what I've rented will live up to my expectations. Words may tell me the details that I wouldn't notice in a picture. But pictures always tell me more. So I've included plenty of pictures and a virtual tour (click on the button at the top right side of this page) of our Maui condo so that you can rent it with complete confidence. Living Room and Dining Area of your Maui Condo Rental Apartment

We've made your Maui condo into a place where you'll feel at home. It is elegantly decorated in the light, airy, pastel colors common in Hawaiian decor. Yet, it is casual enough for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The sunken living room has an entertainment center with a 27" cable TV, VCR/DVD combination, stereo/CD player and oversized ceiling fan. The couch is a queen-sized sofa-sleeper. The TV cabinet is equipped with three large drawers (for those utilizing the sofa-sleeper), CD's of Hawaiian music, books and videos of Hawaiian activities and culture. (The books are sometimes moved to the desk between the two upstairs bedrooms or to the TV cabinet in the master bedroom.) From the living room, it is two steps up to the adjacent dining area which has seating for six. Of course, if you're like us, you'll want to enjoy your meals outside on the oceanfront balcony lanai where there is also seating for six.

Kitchen

The kitchen cabinets are a highly reflective, bright glossy white. Our newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need to fix meals ranging from a Thanksgiving feast to a post-swim snack. But only if you want to cook because Maui's fabulous restaurants are close by. For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with a blender, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster and hand mixer. Master Bedroom of your Maui Condo Rental Apartment

The master bedroom is elegantly decorated with Oriental influences commonly found in Pacific Rim decor. Located on the second floor, it has sweeping views of the Pacific. Open the door to the private, oceanfront, balcony lanai and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath, 19" cable TV with VCR/DVD combination, stereo/CD player, programmable safe, oversized ceiling fan, iron/ironing board, and extra pillows/blankets. The built-in dresser has nine drawers and is flanked by his and hers closets. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a built-in dressing table.

Second Bedroom of your Condo

At the opposite end of the upstairs hall from the master bedroom is the second bedroom. It is beautifully decorated in pastel Hawaiian florals. It has a queen-sized bed and its own 19" cable TV with VCR/DVD combination and stereo/CD player. This bedroom has an oversized ceiling fan, his and hers closets outfitted with eight drawers, iron/ironing board, and extra pillows/blankets. A recently remodeled, tiled bathroom with an oversize shower is right outside the door. The master bath and hallway bath separate this bedroom from the master bedroom ensuring plenty of privacy to occupants of both rooms. (Please see the condo floorplan for more details.)

Third Bedroom

The 3rd bedroom is on the same level as the living room and kitchen. It is cheerfully decorated in a tropical ocean motif with a few whimsical touches. This bedroom has two twin beds, 19" cable TV with VCR/DVD combination, CD clock radio, an oversized ceiling fan, iron/ironing board and extra pillows/blankets. A three drawer dresser separates the twin beds; there are four more drawers in the closet. A half bath is a few steps down the hall.

Oceanfront Balcony Lanais of your Maui Condo Rental Apartment

The two oceanfront balcony lanais blur the boundaries of the indoors and the outdoors. The lower lanai is off the living room and has a table and six chairs. It is the perfect place to watch a sunset over the islands in the distance or the many ocean activities that take place in the reefs below. From here you can watch snorkelers, reef fishermen, surfers (winter only), wind surfers and boogie boarders. Turtles find the reefs a safe place to rest. Dolphins (year round) and whales (winter only) are often seen from the lanai. Beach chairs and a cooler for your use are stored on this lanai. (The cooler sometimes gets moved to the lower bedroom closet.)

The upper lanai, which is off the master bedroom, is more restful and quiet. It has two chaise lounge chairs and is the perfect place for reading or an afternoon nap. It has the same view as the lower lanai. Please see our page showing you the fabulous view from both lanais.

Miscellaneous Areas of the Maui Condo

Between the master bedroom and the second bedroom is a built-in desk where you can set up your laptop computer. (WiFi is available at an additional charge.) We've provided an assortment of Maui guidebooks which are kept in the bookends on this desk.

The stacked washer and dryer is located between the kitchen and the third bedroom in the tiled hallway. You will find laundry baskets in each bedroom closet although these sometimes get relocated to the bathroom cabinets or on top of the washer.
